Der Erfolg beruht neben der ueberzeugenden Musikalitaet besonders auf dem Charisma des aus Austin, Texas stammenden Saengers, der wie kein anderer die Stuecke der DOORS zu singen vermag und bei jedem Konzert perfekt in die Rolle des "Lizard King" zu schluepfen weiss.
